Young women who have experienced sexual abuse often face challenges that extend far beyond the original trauma. They may struggle with fear, isolation, anxiety, and a loss of trust. Healing takes time, patience, professional care, and a support network that respects each young person’s dignity.
Our work supports young women in Cebu who are receiving psychological care following abuse. We help connect them with the assistance they need while offering encouragement and practical support throughout their recovery. Their wellbeing remains at the center of everything we do.
Every person’s recovery is different. Some may feel ready to participate immediately, while others need more time and reassurance. We respect their pace and make sure activities are provided in a safe, sensitive, and supportive way.
Our role is to stand beside these young women, not to speak over them. Through psychological support, compassionate care, and opportunities to experience ordinary happiness, we hope to help them regain confidence and look toward the future with renewed strength.
